An eSIM, or electronic SIM, allows you to activate mobile plans without a physical SIM card. This technology enables seamless switching between providers, optimizing roaming costs for more convenience and cost-saving.

No, it is not possible to transfer the eSIM to a new device.

To view your subscription status, navigate to "Check Balance" page on our website, where you can see all your subscription details. Additionally, we notify you via SMS once you've used 50% and 90% of your data bundle.

If your new eSIM does not work, first make sure it is correctly disconnected. Then re-register the eSIM according to the provided instructions.

Yes, you will continue to receive SMS and calls on your original number. Note that answering these calls may incur additional roaming charges. Therefore, Teltrip recommends making calls and sending SMS via WhatsApp, which uses your data package and incurs no additional roaming charges.

Yes, you can certainly reuse your eSIM. This can be done in two ways: 1. You can purchase a new data package once your current package is nearly used up. 2. You have the option to add a new data package when traveling to another destination.

Make sure your mobile device is unlocked to use an eSIM. Check if your device supports eSIM technology before purchasing a plan. Refer to the device compatibility checker.
